Linen Technology Tracking
Green-able has partnered with linentracker® to offer a full linen tracking and asset management solution for the hospitality industry in Canada. The RFID technology allows for real-time monitoring and tracking of all linen assets, towels, bathmats, bathrobes, and duvet covers.
How it Works
Linentracker® will attach or embed one of their proprietary RFID SMARTtags to every linen asset, providing it with a unique ID. Linentracker® hardware is installed at key locations around the hotel to automatically detect items as they move from clean to in use, dirty to laundry, and back to clean again. Data is recorded and sent to a secure web server, where hotel management can access the real-time information using a secure username and password.
Accurate tracking of individual pieces allow for monitoring of various metrics to improve inventory management and lower costs. Linentracker® clients have experienced significant savings in the following areas:
