Building Automation for Multi-Family Residential

Green-Able offers a range of building automation products to promote energy conservation in multi-family residential buildings.  We offer both wired and wireless products to suit every situation.

In most cases, property managers have chosen our wireless suite of products to ensure minimal impact to the interior decor of their buildings, cost effective installation and minimal disruption for their tenants.

A typical deployment in a condominium or apartment includes an Intuitous controller mounted inside the PTAC or fan-coil unit and a ceiling mounted occupancy sensor centrally located in the main living area and in each bedroom. The existing thermostat and control systems remain unchanged and there are no wires run within the suite. Typical installation time is 30 minutes or less.
